Welcome to the SEO blog from the Hive of Creativity.  My name is David Richards and I’ve worked in PPC/SEO since 2005.  I’ve seen search engine optimisation develop quite significantly over the years, from the days of adding hundreds off spammy meta tags into pages right through to what it is today – complex.

No one should be afraid of SEO, it’s not rocket science.  It can be complicated, very in fact, but the basics are there for anyone to abide by, whether you’re just starting out or have worked as an SEO for years.  There are fundamentals much as there are in any job, if you stick to them the chances are you’ll be on the right path to moving higher up the rankings and increasing your ROI.
