Here is my list, in order of importance:

  • The use of keyword in the title tag
  • The use of anchor text from an inbound link
  • What is the global link authority of the sites linking into you
  • Age of domain
  • Internal link structure and link popularity within the structure
  • Are the links coming into your site of relevance, i.e. is a site about technology linking to your own tech site?
